Limitation of Liability
1. No Assumption of Responsibility for User-Generated Content
Godinterest operates as a hosting intermediary for content submitted by independent contributors.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Godinterest:
Does not assume responsibility for user-generated content;
Does not warrant the accuracy, legality, ownership, or reliability of such content;
Does not adopt, endorse, or verify representations made by contributors.
Responsibility for submitted content rests solely with the original contributor.
2. Limitation of Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Godinterest and its operators shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages;
Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity;
Reputational harm;
Loss arising from reliance on user-generated content;
Claims arising from historical content uploaded by independent users.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the minimum amount required by law.
3. No Financial Liability via Notice Procedure
Submission of a complaint, copyright notice, or takedown request does not create an automatic entitlement to monetary compensation.
Godinterest’s compliance mechanism is removal-based.
The Platform does not engage in settlement payments in response to speculative or automated claims.
Any financial claim must be pursued through a court of competent jurisdiction.
4. Historic Content Limitation
Content published during the Platform’s historical multi-user phase was uploaded by independent contributors who warranted that they held appropriate rights.
Godinterest relied upon those representations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Godinterest shall not be liable for:
Licensing disputes relating to historic uploads;
Absence of archival permission documentation;
Inability to contact former contributors;
Legacy content published prior to the Platform’s 2025 transition.
5. Administrative Capacity
Godinterest operates as a non-profit, limited-resource platform.
The Platform does not provide legal adjudication, investigative services, or dispute mediation between private parties.
Decisions to remove or retain content are made at the Platform’s discretion and do not constitute admission of liability.
6. Exceptions
Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or other non-excludable statutory obligations.
