Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the standards of conduct required when accessing or using Godinterest.
Godinterest is a non-profit, Christian publishing platform maintained by volunteers. Access to the Platform is conditional upon compliance with this policy.
2. Lawful Use
Users must use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the Platform to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation;
Infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
Upload content you do not have the right to publish;
Commit fraud or misrepresentation;
Harass, threaten, or intimidate others.
3. Prohibited Content
Users must not upload, publish, or transmit content that:
Is defamatory or knowingly false;
Is unlawful, obscene, or abusive;
Promotes violence or criminal conduct;
Infringes intellectual property rights;
Violates privacy rights;
Constitutes spam or unsolicited advertising;
Is submitted for the purpose of exploiting the Platform for speculative legal or financial claims.
Godinterest reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether content breaches this policy.
4. Respect for Platform Purpose
Godinterest is a Christian-focused platform.
While respectful discussion is welcome, users may not:
Deliberately disrupt or undermine the Platform’s stated purpose;
Post content designed solely to provoke hostility;
Engage in targeted harassment of contributors.
5. No Automated Abuse
Users may not:
Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or extract content;
Submit bulk or automated legal claims without proper authority;
Attempt to overwhelm the Platform with abusive communications.
6. Enforcement and Removal
Godinterest reserves the right to:
Remove content without notice;
Suspend or terminate access;
Disable user accounts;
Restrict access to certain areas of the Platform.
Removal decisions may be made:
Without prior warning;
Without extended explanation;
Without engaging in dispute resolution;
Where administrative capacity does not permit extended review.
The Platform’s approach is discretionary and removal-based.
7. Historical Content
This policy applies to both current and historical user-generated content.
Where historic material is found to breach acceptable standards, it may be removed regardless of when it was originally published.
8. No Obligation to Monitor
Godinterest does not actively monitor all content and is not obligated to do so.
The Platform may act upon complaints or concerns at its discretion.
9. Limited Administrative Capacity
Godinterest operates as a non-profit platform with limited resources.
Accordingly:
The Platform does not provide mediation services;
The Platform does not guarantee individual responses;
Enforcement decisions are final.
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the current version.
